Joyfully Green and Vegan
Joyfully Green and Vegan I'm a 33-year-old vegan environmentalist who cares about people and the planet. Being frugal comes naturally for me because I don't find happiness in things. I have a hard time shopping because things don't call my attention. I don't easily want things and I find owning things empty of joy. The fewer things I own the better. I'm thinking of moving into a tiny house in the future. br
Last year I began to make my own personal care products, and I did it to reduce my waste production, not to save money. However, it has helped me save money. So far I've been making my own deodorant, body wash, and toothpaste. It feels good to be able to make my own things. I also like gardening even though I'm not so good at it. I'm working on it.
I love children and nature. I enjoy baking, running, reading, doing yoga, and volunteering.
